1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in account termination and legal action. The PesoWin name and logo are registered brand identifiers and may not be used in any context outside the platform without explicit written consent. 6. Limitation of Liability

PesoWin provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, third-party payment delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. PesoWin's total liability to any registered member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. 7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the PesoWin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
